YourCVPilot analyses your CV and a job description you provide, then generates an optimised version of your CV using AI. The service also provides an ATS match score, keyword analysis, and a cover letter generator.
The service is designed to assist with job applications. It does not guarantee employment outcomes, interview invitations, or any specific result from using an optimised CV.
You must be at least 16 years old to use YourCVPilot. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
To use features beyond the free trial, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for:
YourCVPilot offers the following paid plans:
Payments are processed securely via Paystack. Prices are displayed in USD and charged in GHS at the prevailing conversion rate. By purchasing a subscription or credit pack, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee to your payment method.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.
We offer a 7-day refund on annual subscriptions if you have not used the service more than once after purchase. Monthly subscriptions and credit packs are non-refundable once the credits or optimisations have been used.

When you upload a CV or paste a job description into YourCVPilot, you retain ownership of that content. By submitting it, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it for the purpose of delivering the service to you.
We do not share your CV content with third parties, use it to train AI models, or store it longer than necessary to provide the service.

The CV rewrites and cover letters generated by YourCVPilot are produced by AI and should be reviewed before use. You are responsible for ensuring that any optimised CV you submit to an employer is accurate and truthful. We are not liable for decisions made by employers based on content you submit.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YourCVPilot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email or by displaying a notice on the site. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
